Our website covers two distinct service lines:

• —PETIQ Global Pet Logistics — international pet relocation and B2B partnership services for businesses;
• —Service Dog Program — structured training program for service dog handlers, including individual travel preparation.

This Privacy Policy applies to both service lines, with specific provisions for the Service Dog Program detailed in Section 4.

General data (both service lines):

• —Personal data you voluntarily provide through the request form: name, email address, and — if you choose to add them — your WhatsApp number or Telegram username.
• —Personal data you provide when contacting us directly, which may include a phone number or a company name.
• —Technical data: we do not store your IP address. To protect the request form and the certificate search from automated abuse, we keep only an irreversible fingerprint of it, from which the address cannot be recovered.
• —Communication history when you contact us directly.

Additional data for Service Dog Program participants:

• —Information about your dog: name, breed, age, microchip number, veterinary records relevant to the program.
• —Health-related information you voluntarily share regarding your need for a service dog (for example, the presence of a cardiac condition for which the dog will be trained to alert).
• —Training materials you submit during the program: photos, videos, written progress notes.
• —Travel-related information at the certification stage: destination, airline, travel dates, route specifics.

Some of the information shared during the Service Dog Program — specifically health-related information about the handler — constitutes a special category of personal data under GDPR Article 9.

We process this data only:

• —Based on your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)), given at the time of program enrollment;
• —Strictly for the purpose of providing the training program and preparing relevant documentation;
• —With access limited to the trainer and authorized program staff;
• —Without disclosure to third parties, except as required by law or with your separate, specific consent (for example, when assisting with airline documentation at your request).

You may withdraw consent for processing of health-related data at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, but may affect our ability to continue providing the program.

We do not confirm, certify, or otherwise represent the existence or severity of any medical condition to third parties. Any declarations to airlines, authorities, or other entities regarding disability status remain the sole responsibility of the handler.

We use your personal data to:

• —Respond to inquiries about partnership, services, or program enrollment;
• —Provide information about our logistics services and training programs;
• —Deliver the Service Dog Program: review training videos, give feedback, issue completion documents, prepare travel materials;
• —Maintain communication with clients and business partners;
• —Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your personal data is processed based on:

• —Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — for delivery of the program or services you have engaged us for;
• —Your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — when you submit a contact form or enroll in a program;
• —Explicit consent for special category data (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)) — for health-related information shared during the Service Dog Program;
• —Our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — in responding to business communications and maintaining records;
• —Legal obligations under EU and Polish law (including accounting and tax records).

We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated above or as required by law:

• —Inquiry data: retained for up to 12 months from last contact, unless a service relationship is established.
• —Service Dog Program records (dog profile, completion documents, training records): retained for the duration of the program and afterwards as part of our registry, to allow verification of issued documents. You may request anonymization or deletion at any time.
• —Health-related data: deleted upon program completion or upon withdrawal of consent, except where retention is required by law.
• —Accounting and tax records: retained for the period required by Polish law (currently 5 years).

Once data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

We may share your personal data only with:

• —Our hosting provider Vercel Inc. (United States), which serves this website;
• —Our database and file storage provider Supabase (data stored in the European Union), where profiles of certified service dogs are kept;
• —Our email delivery provider Resend (emails processed in the European Union, Ireland region), which delivers the notification about your request to us;
• —Other trusted service providers, such as payment processors, under strict confidentiality agreements;
• —Authorities, airlines, or travel partners, only at your request and with your explicit consent, when assisting with travel documentation;
• —Public authorities, if required by law.

Vercel Inc. is based in the United States. Where personal data reaches it in the course of serving this website, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses in Vercel's data processing agreement.

International transfers: Some Service Dog Program participants prepare for travel outside the European Union (for example, to the United States, the United Arab Emirates, or Asia). In such cases, sharing of dog and handler information with foreign airlines or authorities occurs only at your request, with your explicit consent, and only to the extent necessary for the specific travel arrangement.

We do not transfer your data internationally for any other purpose.

This website sets no cookies on your device. We use no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising tools, and we do not store anything in your browser.

Because there are no optional cookies, there is nothing for you to consent to, and we do not show a cookie banner.

Cookies are used only inside our password-protected staff area, and solely to keep an employee signed in. Visitors to the public website never receive them.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• —Secure storage of training videos and health-related information, with access limited to authorized personnel only.

Although we take every precaution, no online system is completely secure. We will notify affected users and the relevant authority without undue delay in the event of a data breach affecting personal data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. All updates will be published on this page with the new "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review it periodically.

For material changes affecting how we process your data, we will notify active program participants by email.
